Easy to use for customers because they can just walk in with their phone or app instead of having someone come out only if there is an issue that needs attention at our store! Customer service team was not very helpful when I had questions/concerns during my training period- but this could be due more so than anything else as it's still new product being used around town (and yes we do like them).
The customer support does take some time before getting back though once notified about any issues after using system first hand.- easy transactions between stores & people working remotely are great benefits here too.
