I hope this works! I can not say it exactly. The water doesn't taste as good as when using a regular Brita filter, but I hate those things so I really want to enjoy it. I'm still trying and working with it. Are you trying to leave it in the water longer hoping it's a taste issue? I've been using for a few months. You'll need a couple of jugs/sticks if you're going through as much water as my family. The biggest annoyance is the time you have to wait for it to work, but I like that it's so much better for the environment. Definitely need some good time management to replenish supplies every night before bed to use the next day.
