I like that it is easy to use for both my employees as well as myself (the patient). It provides an overview of everything from appointment reminders to EMRs within one place! The only thing i dislike about this product are some features not being available in other platforms such as text messaging or call centers with multiple locations throughout our state!! We have been able tto take care of appointments easily when needed without having someone physically come into work every time we need them too - saving us money while keeping up high standards & quality control at all times. There isn't much else but overall great customer service has always provided excellent support- they even provide training sessions so you can be sure your staff knows how best utilize their software before implementation begins.- Patient Care Management System/ Electronic Medical Records Software. This allows me access online whenever necessary during business hours rather than waiting until after office.
