I did a lot of research before purchasing this pencil as there are many products that are good replacements for Apple pencils. I am very happy with my purchase. It took me a while to get used to the auto-off feature, but that was because I was learning to use a pencil and taking some long breaks before trying to write again. I like the auto shut off feature because you don't drain the battery as quickly. I also think it's good that you don't have to do a Bluetooth pairing. You just press the end like you would a real pen and start writing, drawing or whatever you want. I especially like that it magnetically sticks to the iPad. Too bad it can't be charged by magnet, but that's not a problem for me. This is a great replacement for the original at a small price. I can't comment on the battery life as I haven't used it for a long time. I recommend everyone to buy this product. You can't go wrong.
