Review on Selle SMP Avant Inox-rail Black Bicycle Seat by Jessie Ritchie

My last seat was the Selle Max Flight Gel Flow which lasted 10 years and was very comfortable. I drove it so many miles that I punctured the leather and had to buy a new one. I figured it wouldn't be a problem to just buy the same seat, but the new models had different geometry and after 10km I was ready to get off of it. Then I tried the Specialized Phenom which was ok but not quite the same as my last one. After reading so many good reviews about the SMP, I bought it. I hated paying the price especially as it's very cheap but it's worth it. I did 30 miles on my first ride and it was great. I then rode 100 miles the next week and just rode 100 miles straight. This place is the best I've ever tasted. I chose this one because I prefer the wider seat, 154mm. The Selle website says it has "more padding," but it's a hard seat and the padding doesn't feel thick at all. The processing quality is excellent.
