I like that it's very easy to use, has intuitive UI which makes creating new templates quick & simple! The support team is also great - they are always willing/able (and sometimes even eager!) for feedback when we have questions or issues with our account setup etc., so far nothing bad at all but if you're looking into this product make sure there isn't anything else out-of your reach in terms of features / functionality because otherwise it could be quite difficult getting things up an running quickly without any problems after launch day :) It helps us keep track of what was approved by whom within each project as well.

This can then easily get passed onto other members who need access too once finalised approvals come through from senior management teams. Also nice feature where one user will approve something while another edits themself later down stream using comments section attached.
