PRACTICE CREATES MASTERS.

I haven't sharpened a knife on wet rock in over sixty years I'm too lazy to use electric ones but it didn't just bring back memories of what a really well sharpened and honed knife really looks like WHAT I RECOMMEND BEFORE YOU USE YOUR EXPENSIVE KNIVES. PRACTICE WITH THE OLD KNIFE FIRST. Once you're comfortable, move on to your good knives. It's worth it. EXCELLENT GOODS. takes time, but it's worth it.
