Great Hammer. I am an electrician and have been using this MF for over a year. Its longer head allows you to drive the nail parallel or across the same box without damaging it (if that makes sense to someone), which is great for tight or tight spaces. The long handle provides enough punch for any naked 220-pound gorilla to get his dirty kicks on. The balance feels really good to me, even if I "choke" on the handle for a lighter touch. The handle does the job, I've used it in the rain, in manholes, ditches etc and it has never slipped. Breaking through a cinder block wall with a claw so my colleague can get to an adjacent room comfortably without grabbing my wrist; I would say that Klein hit the nail on the head with the grip feedback. Feedback is important with any thumb detector, you need to know when you have a hard hit on the frame nail or one of your precious fingers. This hammer offers that functionality and does it well.
