Like most people, I have far too many electronic "toys" that require a USB connection. So I decided to buy this 3 grounded outlet with 4 USB plugs. I keep it in the kitchen and it has enough outlets/USB to charge everything easily and conveniently. It also has surge protection - you really don't want a surge to ruin your latest device (at least I don't!). I've had it for a few months now and the USB ports charge everything pretty quickly even when using multiple at the same time. I am very satisfied and recommend it! I wanted to add an addition as after 2 months the USB ports decided to stop working! I fiddled with it and decided to contact the seller. Imagine my surprise when (1) the seller answered my question within 2 hours and (2) promptly replaced the unit with a new one! While it's never nice to buy a defective item, it's good to find a company that stands behind their products and customers. I will STILL highly recommend this (note it's still 5 stars) and encourage anyone to do business with this company! And let's face it, all products have flaws from time to time, but a good result is only possible when you're dealing with a great company.
