Keeps feet warm under the table
The floor under my table gets cold in winter. I've tried heated floor mats and they didn't quite work. in the corner where my feet go. I'm happy with the result. The resulting radiant heat is neither too hot (bakes the shins) nor too cold (warms the feet quite quickly).
