The term "shaving cream" is a misnomer. It really is a shaving balm, an ointment more like Neosporin than traditional shaving cream. But I digress. What I love about this product is that it stays clear, which is a huge plus if you have a beard (which I do). With traditional creams I usually end up with a crooked edge that I then have to go back and try to fix. This "shaving balm" lets me see the edge of my beard clearly so I can get it right the first time. It also has a pleasant scent that is not overpowering and leaves my face very smooth and soft. I highly recommend!
