Great Big Scoop: Catering Equipment & Supplies
I have this scoop for taking flour out of my 50 pound sack and pouring it into smaller containers (which hold about 3 pounds). My initial calculations indicated that this would hold 2-3 pounds of flour at a time and that it was still small enough to fit in my flour bin. Unfortunately it is too big for my flour container. This would be ideal for filling a large dog bowl from an airtight container (which I don't have to do now). All in all, this is a great shovel that shows the amazing cost effectiveness of injection molded plastic. I'm just the wrong size. I'm keeping it because I think it's needed.
