Update September 17th: Customer service is fantastic. I received a replacement and I am happy to report that it is not overheating and does not cycle on and off from auto charging. I tried the previous one again to verify and it's definitely broken. There is no LED night function but I knew there would be. I will be honest and say that the customer service provided was great, but unfortunately the device was defective. It overheats and heats up my Note10+ so much that the phone keeps stopping charging. There is no LED backlight for easy viewing or access at night. I haven't used this product since, it overheats when the AC is on in my car (the vents are right under the unit) although 4 stars for customer service!
