Works well, annoying when turning off, but good overall
Item as described. Good replacement for HP OEM toner. Turning off the chip is annoying and takes some getting used to, but doable. They also give you tweezers (the chip is small, about 1/4" x 1/4") for you to do this so you don't even have to buy your own. Overall the product worked great as expected and to save the price compared to the OEM it's worth replacing the chip. Added a photo with a finger for size reference. The chip is a small green and gold rectangle to the left of my finger. Note that there is also a sticker showing how the chip should be oriented after installation.
