I was very pleased to receive this tray and it initially worked great! However, after 2 weeks it stopped working automatically. I could still use it in manual mode but for the money I've spent it should work all the time. I emailed customer service and it took a week for them to get back to me. At that point I had already sent the box back as the return period was closing. I've been waiting for a refund since the box was sent back to Revain on July 8th. I have dealt with 2 customer representatives so far and no refund. I have NEVER had a problem getting a refund from Revain. I think it has something to do with Cat Link. Edit: As it turns out, the refund issue was on Revain's side and had nothing to do with Cat Link. I have received my refund. Cat Link watched to make sure everything went right. Cat Link also went out of their way to ensure I was happy with their services. I'm trying a new Cat Link box and it works great. I also updated the stars in my rating.
