I love the amount of cars in this for the price! My son tends to lose and/or break them quickly so having plenty of back ups is a must. If you are looking for hot wheels quality then you are going to have to pay the hot wheels price. These, of course, do not work well on the hot wheels tracks. The wheels/axles are not as well made and they are too light to stay on the loop tracks. They do however work just fine when dropped down the ramps or rolled across the floor.The top of the car is very thin metal and the bottom is plastic. My son has already broken a few just after a week of play but he is a bit rough with them.
