The programmer works fine. I have also purchased additional key fobs and programmed them with this unit (KeylessOption Keyless Entry Remote Start Control replacement car key fob for 22733524 KeylessOption Keyless Entry Remote Start Control replacement car key fob for 22733524). I didn't know some things before I started. The programmer/Cobalt programs a maximum of 4 key fobs. The programmer only works to program key fobs three times. When you program your first fob, you are starting from scratch, so any previously working fobs will need to be re-learned at this point. I tried my first try and on the 5th fob it gave an error code with a blinking LED. tried again and got the same error. I tried a third time and settled on the fourth. I have read the manual (paper manual instead of quick start guide). That's when I found out that it only works for 3 programs. I also bought a TPM sensor for one of my tires. When trying to pair it with the car, the dash showed a low key fob for my new Dorman key fob. Had to use one of the other keychains.
