Does nothing except dry the hair and make it frizzy. I use Men's Hair Growth Vitamins there but I've only been taking Thirst for 60 days and so far no difference. I will do another month on both and update if I see any change but this shampoo is not good at all. Hims DHT Blocking Shampoo is way better. And shine more beautifully
