Works as expected for my MBP

I do a lot of spreadsheet work on my laptop when I'm on long business trips in Asia and have always used the numeric keypad to enter data. I can't stand typing numbers in a row on a regular keyboard. I had a Bluetooth keyboard with two extra columns of keys that I hardly ever used and required two AA batteries, so it was bigger than it should have been and I didn't have to think about batteries when traveling. But the worst thing about this keyboard was that it kept separating from my new MBP. This disappointed me so much that I decided to get a new keyboard. I wanted a Bluetooth (I don't want to lose one with another USB dongle) with a rechargeable battery and as small a footprint as possible. Those other function buttons might have been nice to have, but I realized I was just entering numbers into spreadsheets. It would be nice to be able to use the cursor arrows, but it's really just a matter of moving your hand a few inches to the arrow keys on the MBP. The gray room variant fits the gray of the MBP quite well. Even Apple's own "space gray" keyboard and trackpad don't match up exactly like space gray on the MBP, so I don't think a slight discrepancy is something to worry about. As far as I can tell, this Satechi keyboard sits solidly. It doesn't wobble at all on the tables I've tried it on. Sometimes you need to remember the flatness of table surfaces. The keys have a nice feel, although they are very different from the keys on the new MBP and Apple keyboards. The Satechi keys feel a little squishy, which may bother some people, but doesn't bother me at all. I feel good and all buttons work perfectly. I really like that it's so compact, can be charged via a micro USB port and best of all it doesn't keep turning off like my previous keyboard did. It allows me to be productive on the go with the least amount of fuss, is very portable, and does exactly what it's supposed to do.
