Works well, one was broken when I received them.

They seem to be working great. I have a big problem. Upon arrival, I unwrapped it and removed the plastic wrap from the top of the handpiece. When I pulled the pack out the whole rod came out of the pen. I wasn't rough with it. almost fell out. After that I checked the other two and they seem to be intact. So I only got two instead of three. My guess is that it must have broken in transit.
