Go up a size! I read several reviews to check the size. Someone said more, and someone said the same size. However, I had to order a half size larger. I am a US size 9 female and needed a size up to 41 euros. Now I'm happy with the fit. You want them to be snug, but not tight. I am new to rock climbing and they are perfect.
