I wrote a very good review because the product did what it was supposed to do. The big problem is that now, after only 2.5 months since I bought and used it, it doesn't work. The water exits the back of the handle, not the tip. It is difficult to repair as the handle is one piece and cannot be disassembled. I tried to return it but the system won't let me because the return period has expired. Expensive tool, I've only been using it for a few months.
