I was so excited about this product and so disappointed in what I received. First the box was opened and when I took the product out I saw fingerprints on the product which gave me the impression that it was in use. Second, there were no instructions for the product, so I accepted and understood. Third, it leaked every time I used it. Due to the fact that the nozzle was leaking, every time I put the bottle back it would pop out due to pressure. Eventually it broke after only about 5 uses. The last piece of black plastic that snapped into place eventually broke off. The result is an enormous loss. I'd rather pay more for a product that actually works :(
