I have purchased a Chefmade roaster with rack for roasting chicken and pork in the oven. I'm writing this review now to thank Chefmade for the great technical support I received recently when I received my frying pan. there was a dent on it. They explained that I could keep using the dented pan because the dent didn't break through the pan's coating. They were professional and very patient with me while they worked to send me a new pan! Thank you Chefmade! Now I will be Chefmade customer forever.
