I love being able to send a quick email. It's like having an instant messenger in your pocket! It works great with my Blackberry and iPhone as well, which is really awesome. The ability to share files at a moment's notice, make sure someone is working on something. It doesn't do video calls yet, but it gets the job done for what we need now. It can be used with any device that has internet access, so it's not limited to just phones. It's easy to use and the customer support is fantastic. They have a very fast turn around time and are also always helpful and willing to answer questions about anything. We're using it internally to communicate with clients, manage work and track progress. We've also used it to send files among our team members when they're traveling. There are a lot of ways you can use this software. From internal communication to file sharing, it does its job.
