Recently received a replacement, seems good. The sound quality of the speaker and microphone is on par with other speakers/microphones. The connector is easy to plug in and stay connected. I've been using the mic for about a week and I'm happy with it. It took the seller a while to reply to me but I understand with Covid and all. I am very satisfied with their approach to solving my problem. Now that everything is open again I will be using my radio a lot more and will be very happy with this mic. First check before exchange. The microphones seem to work for the first 5 minutes. The sound quality was hardly satisfactory, but for the price I got it. The first problem is that I could neither hear nor transmit. I looked down and noticed the bushing wasn't fully installed so I pushed it back in. About a minute later it happened again and again. Time is getting shorter and shorter. There doesn't seem to be enough distance, so they just don't stay connected. I have three different radios, two brands and different models. It's the same everywhere, it's not the radio, it's the microphone. Second, it came with a cute little card that said "Contact us if you have any problems" and an email address. I sent several messages and never received a reply.
