My most recent shopping experience with SussexHome was a complete and utter nightmare; however, as a social media influencer, I had high expectations for the company. In spite of the fact that they claim to place equal importance on pricing and quality, the products I ordered were of poor quality and did not justify the high cost. Both the customer service representatives and the checkout procedure were unhelpful, and I had several problems with the latter. There was a delay in shipment, and the products that were delivered were damaged and in poor condition when they were received. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with both the lack of attention to detail and the subpar quality of the customer service that I received at SussexHome. This is not a place that I would ever recommend to anyone, and I strongly urge all of my readers to avoid patronizing this shady establishment because it is both unreliable and unprofessional. If SussexHome plans to contend successfully in the market, the company needs to significantly improve their performance.
