When I first received this yesterday I thought it was the best piece of jewelry I have ever seen. The bubbles were tight and full and the lighting effects are amazing, plus it gives the Molly Frys a castle to hide in. ONE DAY LATER the bubbler stopped working properly, now only about half of it bubbles. Support isn't helpful, they want me to pull everything out and set it up again. I am extremely disappointed.
