Its impossible to use it, dont waste your money.

Nikon coolpix A900 was bought to replace the old Canon Power Shot SX500 HS, which is tired of carrying around on walks and trips - bulky.
After 10+ years of using Canons, I wanted to try something different. Selected based on features and reviews.
But compared to my own experience with CANON, the new NIKON is just annoying. I regret spending a lot of money (23) If I chose now, I would definitely choose something else. How can a camera take worse pictures for that kind of money than an htc smartphone costing half as much?!

Pros

Compact. That's probably all.

Cons

Takes a long time to focus There is no quick switching between modes (it is inconvenient, it is not intuitively clear to turn on the sport mode, night, etc.) In medium light, strong graininess. The zoom is useless without a tripod or a firm stop, in the hands of the zoom everything is smeared. The sound on the video is written with strong noise and fonit. No automatic flash opening The screen does not close - you are always afraid to scratch it too thin to grip with one hand. There is a problem in the male hand.

Some pros: The quality of photos with the possibility of Zoom=35 is above all expectations. At the same time it is very compact. Has cons: Vignetting at high Zoom values.
