I like that you can send text messages to multiple people at once with no hassle. You can even have it so if someone fails to respond within X amount of time they will get kicked out. There are some times when my account gets locked because there were too many failed login attempts from different email accounts or phone numbers which was quite annoying. Sometimes it didn't work sometimes i would receive texts in reverse order where last message got sent first making me wonder what happened to previous ones? The system isn't very intuitive but as long as its working properly then all's good! It allows us to communicate easily between our team members without having meetings every week (or more). I like that it's free to use and it can be used with other apps. It has helped me communicate with my coworkers better. It also helps to keep track of conversations with clients or other employees. It's easy to set up and easy to use. The only thing I dislike is it sometimes takes a while to load after you send messages. Otherwise, I love it! It helps me keep in touch with all my coworkers and clients throughout the day.
