**updated** Seller has contacted me and offered a full refund or replacement. Fast and easy, good customer service. I bought these for my dad, he paid for them to be cut. When he went to program them, the programmer found that the chip had been removed from the key, so not only did we lose money buying that key and cut it, we also had to pay a programming fee that didn't work, because the chip was missing. There was glue holding the chip, but there was no chip. I hope the seller sees this and gives the money back!?
