I start out as saying I always used a backpack until I changed my mind due to my age. I chose this bag based on travel needs and the size I wanted to roll behind me. To be perfectly clear - I did not take care of this bag AT ALL. I dragged it over dirt, cobblestones and curbs. I didn't bother lifting it over concrete, bushes or other obstacles. It shows that wear and tear with tears and scars from corporate struggles. He never abandoned his job - he wheeled my workstation wherever I took it. The telescopic handle held up and the seat was very comfortable. I think I broke a bearing in one of the wheels due to my extreme reluctance to babysit the item. I use it for work and expect it to work with me. It did the job I bought it for and now I'm throwing it away and rest assured - I'm replacing it with the same bag.
