Great value for the money, definitely recommended!

Bought to replace i7-920. In terms of performance, they are similar, I would have saddles on the 920 if it were not for the problem of finding a new motherboard for it. But in the end, I don’t regret it, because I bought an equally productive chip, but much colder and more energy efficient + integrated graphics (which I now needed).
I do not advise you to take it for those who just need a computer for the web or gaming, i3 and i5 are enough for you for these purposes, and you will simply overpay for this stone. But for those who need more computing power, you will not regret it (although do not forget about Intel Xeon)

Pros

Excellent processor. Cold, at idle (+29°), hotter under load, but not much (+45°). Perfectly shows itself in tasks where multiple threads and parallel computing are required. Having a good motherboard, you can drive pretty well (4.6GHz without increasing the voltage). But he shows himself so well in most tasks, so I'll leave this matter for later, when it becomes obsolete and a performance boost is needed. Separately, it is worth noting the integrated graphics. The Intel HD Graphics 4600 is enough for more than just everyday tasks like watching movies, browsing the web, and working in the office. She works well with games. Although she is still far away for older brothers (external cards), she will show herself well as a temporary replacement. All the games that I ran worked perfectly at the minimum settings with FullHD (some even at the maximum), I could not boast of such a result of 4000.

Cons

The price is high. I understand that everyone wants to eat and you can’t sell at cost . But still, his price tag is inflated.
