The product arrived open and without oil.
Let me explain. I love this product. So far I've only bought in store. This oil arrived visibly open with a significant lack of oil. Nothing has been spilled in the box or on the bubble wrap. JCBO becomes cloudy when cold and clear when at room temperature or warm. It still has a milky appearance after being at room temperature for a few days. The oil is really cloudy with something black floating at the bottom of the bottle. I never put it on my face. I'll be back today
