Melissa and Doug won't keep their promise to solve problems!
I bought this car to fill my stockings. I didn't realize a wheel was missing until the return window closed. Contacted Melissa and Doug, they refuse to help, they said there was nothing they could do, even though their package says help here, they told me to contact Revane. Revane says to contact Melissa and Doug! Very frustrating that I have a useless product! *UPDATE* I have emailed the company again. We solved the problem by sending a new car. Much more helpful via email. Now I am very happy with the purchase.
