I bought it mainly to use as a second monitor for my gaming desktop as it became a gaming/desktop during the pandemic. All I wanted was a cheap 1080p IPS display. This one fits the bill nicely, and as a bonus, it has a 75Hz refresh rate. If you plan on participating in gaming, you can choose a panel with a 120Hz refresh rate or higher. For all other single player and RTS games, this monitor does a great job with low latency and great colors. The reviewer mentioned that the colors are washed out and the contrast is poor on this monitor. This is because for some reason Nvidia graphics cards set the color range to "Limited" when first plugged in. You can change this in the Nvidia Control Panel under the Change Resolution section. Make sure the Display is set to 75 Hz, Output Color Format is set to RGB, Output Color Depth is set to 8 bpc, and Output Dynamic Range is set to Full. If 75Hz isn't available, make sure you select 1920x1080 under PC and NOT 1080p, 1920x1080.
