Thank you SpotyPal support team. 1 Jul 2021 Original review below Unable to connect When I press + to connect, the bluetooth button doesn't activate. Bluetooth activated? I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, removed the battery from SpotyPal for 3 minutes, restarted my phone, etc. I tried the app on my iPad with exactly the same results. When I tried to contact support their form asks for a device id:* which I don't have because the device needs to be plugged in to get it. I've spent too much time getting this to work. **************** ***** The day after this review I received an email from support saying let's try the following. On the Add a device requirements page, open Phone Control Center and toggle Bluetooth off and on again.
