This set is outside in style which means the die cuts are cut through the point stitch on either side of the cut line leaving a point of stitching on both pieces. This is great for creating windows in scrapbooking layouts etc. Or even just using smaller windows in postcards and small paper crafts. 5x7 stamps with every detail are really hard to come by and I've NEVER seen one with style on the outside. That is the main reason I bought this set. The largest die is great too, it cuts an A5 piece and advertises that great detail on the edges which is also hard to come by! Great set BUT. The manufacturer claims that the set has the sizes A5, A6, A7, but the actual measurements differ a little from the actual sizes and no, this is not just a set that I received. Other people I know who have this set have said the same thing. I'm not sure if the UK A6 size is different from the US A6 size. Maybe that's why, as it's a UK product, the pre-cut and folded A6 cards I buy (a US company) are 10x15cm, but this version of the set is 10.5 marked 14.8 cm x 14.8 cm and is actually THAT size. It's ok I only cut and slit my own card bases but be careful as the stamper will add stitched detail to all edges of each side of the cut, You can't just trim the excess to fit. .I have measured each in inches by hand and included it here for reference.
