I prefer this bar to several others because all the bars are bolted together. I am very happy with my choice. I don't know about the others because I didn't buy them either, but this item is easy to assemble and study once assembled. There are enough posts to configure this rack in different ways (two different heights and two different widths). It includes a flashlight mount that you can also use at different heights. We look forward to using this campsite soon. Highly recommended!
