Poor quality vinyl for self-adhesive films
Vinyl adheres well to surfaces. When weeding, the thin paper backing begins to straighten up. So it's an extra weed. (See pictures and video) I was nervous about buying from Amazon. That's why. But it was a good price. That's why I give this permanent vinyl 3 stars.
