Review on Computer chair Everprof Drift M for executive, upholstery: genuine leather, color: black by Jnis Labucis ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Average quality, not an outstanding product.

The chair itself is not terrible, but the manner in which the manufacturer and the store go about their business is unpleasant. After the purchase and after only a few days had passed, I called the support line of the store to inform them that I had a left armrest that was missing a filler. The response I received was to "take it to the store." At the retail location, the attendant stated, "We will try to fix the chair in 45 days, and if it does not work out, then we will return the money or give you a new chair, bring it." I chose the delivery option, so now I have to take apart the chair, transport it to some faraway location, and wait for it for another month and a half. The left armrest is included in the first two pictures, and as can be seen, the interior is nearly devoid of everything. In the third picture, which depicts the right armrest, you can see that everything is in its proper place. It's been a little over two weeks since I started using it.

Pros
  • A pleasant seat with a pleasant rocking function, but with very little lateral support.
Cons
  • Because they are coupled to metal bushings, the handles make a creaking sound whenever you move in the chair or use the rocking mechanism. It seems like they failed to put foam to the cushioning on the left handle, which ultimately turned out to be defective.
