I purchased this product for our junior wrestling league program. As a wrestling coach, I can honestly say this is one of the best purchases I've ever made. Our wrestlers have been using this device for about two weeks and they love it. Quick Fit 360 is easy to set up and a great workout tool. This has enabled our wrestlers to use a fitness machine that improves their wrestling skills. Quick Fit 360 was used to enhance or combat individual workouts. A fitness tool that I recommend to all trainers for inclusion in their sports program.
