I like how easy it is to use. Our teams use it weekly to help us improve the customer experience. We have had an up-and-down journey with this product, so we tend to pick it up and put it down, but I do like the simplicity of it. I wish it was more visual, like Slack. It's just text, which can be a little bland at times. The other thing that I wish it was more visual was the content library. We have to use a clunky file manager, which can be hard to navigate. I also wish it was easier to organise content in the library. I work in Customer Experience and in this role, we are trying to deliver a better customer experience to our customers. We are using LeanConvert to help with that.
