It’s not as complicated as our previous CRM. It’s easy to integrate and use. Their Customer Success Management tool is outstanding. We use to get in contact once a month and they were always incredibly helpful and informative. They didn’t make us aware of any negative aspects of our account and they always resolved any issues we had quickly or simply got back to us with how to do it. I cannot recommend them much more. I like how easy it is to use. Our teams use it weekly to help us improve the customer experience. We have had an up-and-down journey with this product, so we tend to pick it up and put it down, but I do like the simplicity of it. I wish it was more visual, like Slack. It's just text, which can be a little bland at times. The other thing that I wish it was more visual was the content library. We have to use a clunky file manager, which can be hard to navigate.
