It’s not as complicated as our previous CRM. It’s easy to integrate and use. Their Customer Success Management tool is outstanding. We use to get in contact once a month and they were always incredibly helpful and informative. They didn’t make us aware of any negative aspects of our account and they always resolved any issues we had quickly or simply got back to us with how to do it. I cannot recommend them much more. Their customer success manager helped us resolve issues we had integrating with other platforms. I’d be lost without them. Not too much. I think we had to switch away from something else because they were so helpful. There didn’t seem to be anything I’d change. We were trying to move off of the old CRM and were struggling because the other CRM didn’t seem to have the same level of depth. I like that it's very easy to add new features, or change old ones depending what we need at any given time without having too many issues with our CRM system! We've been able solve some of my clients' problems by using this software (such as adding in more fields for their customer data). It has made everything easier from creating an account through registering customers/subscribers etc.- all within one place- which was impossible before lean convert came along!!
