What a mess! Get another one with a valve. Once you fill this thing, the liquid just pours out of the hose and drips all over the place. You'll need to use the other hose (supplied with two, which screws onto the valve) and THEN fill the syringe while it's attached to the wheel. Very uncomfortable. Also, the hole where you attach the hose is too small so it clogs easily so no liquid comes out no matter how hard you push the plunger. Trying to add sealant to my new tubeless setup was a desperate exercise. As a newbie to tubeless tire tuning, I didn't know any better. Realizing how difficult a syringe can be, I chose this product because it came with a valve core remover. Look elsewhere!
