Not worth the money, I will not advise this product.

The comment is about Sandisk Extreme Go 128GB SDCZ800-128G-G46.

On the box is the inscription:

200MB/sec Read Speed
150MB/sec Write Speed

In fact, on my old computer with USB 3.0 (which is now fashionable to call 3.1 gen 1 thanks to Intel, which still cannot implement 3.1 gen 2 at the chipset level):

Read: 106MB/sec (serial, direct)
Write: 33MB/sec (serial, direct)

If the flash drive is loaded more than 95%, then the write speed drops to . 3MB / sec.

This is a failure.

Identification utilities do not see the controller type and do not show anything at all.

Pros

I’ve been using it for a little less than a month, it’s an excellent flash drive, the recording speeds exactly match the declared ones (when copying a bunch of small files, of course, the speeds are much lower), the case’s plastic was a little disappointing, thin and cheap, there is no feeling of a good thing
