As a beginner, I liked the easy handling right away. I was able to easily run over 900 feet of Category 6 wiring throughout the house. Most of the runs I've done have been through wires and with two or three wires at a time. Most of what I ran at once was five chords. This was difficult, so I needed help pulling and pushing a person who was more concerned with the pipeline than the element. The only thing I would like to say to beginners is that the tip can get stuck if not glued properly. If you can wrap it around the cords and wrap the tape around to create where the cord doesn't create snagging edges, then you're good to go. This cable length was perfect for my two story house from the second floor to the basement.
