I was so hoping that this chair would be excellent but it really wasn't worth all the hype to me. I've been using the chair for two weeks now and am trying very hard to like it, but it's not very comfortable for me. I'm sure it's just me, but the bottom of the chair cuts off blood flow to my thighs. The lumbar area doesn't quite fit my back. As much as I messed up all the adjustable ranges, I leaned back too much, which I don't like at all. I like to sit high and straight, this chair is not suitable for that. At least for me. If assembling and sending this chair back wasn't the problem, I would have done just that. I'm just not a fan, especially for the fancy price I paid for this leather X4 executive chair. Also, I thought I bought a black chair and got a brown one instead.
