My cat was getting bigger and the carrier we were using was the same one I had when I first bought it so it was time to upgrade it as it no longer fit her . When I got it and opened it I wasn't too sure if it would fit in there, but it's a lot roomier than I expected. She hates all kinds of totes, strollers etc so we didn't really go in anywhere but I confirmed that she can do "if it suits me, I'll sit" in it and I can snap it. Coming up for a cat bath which I mostly use a stretcher for besides visiting the VET. It seems very well made and the pillow inside is soft (she particularly liked that part). I love that it has multiple holes - it will definitely come in handy for travel. And overall it's just a GOOD carrier, especially for the price. The shoulder strap is particularly good and I was able to carry it in a carrier with a kitten and still feel comfortable. Recommend!
